Vaduz, July 23, 2025 – EasyMotion Tec AG is now operating under the new name Global Health Care AG. The shareholders unanimously approved the renaming at an extraordinary general meeting. With the new name, the company emphasizes its strategic direction as an international provider of innovative health solutions. “The new name is a strong signal of our positioning in the global health market,” says Christian Keck, Chairman of the Board. “It clearly shows what we stand for – and where we are heading.”

Under the new umbrella, the established brands milon, EasyMotion Skin, and five will continue to operate.
